Terms of Service

1. Service overview

NorthBladeTech provides external website monitoring, SSL certificate validation, and alert notifications. We check the availability and response behavior of the URLs you register and notify you when significant changes occur.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate contact information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful activities, to monitor systems you do not own or control without permission, or to attempt to disrupt or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Monitoring accuracy

Monitoring results are provided on a best-effort basis. External conditions such as network issues, DNS propagation, or third-party outages can affect results. You remain responsible for validating operational decisions and maintaining independent safeguards.

5. Alerts

Alerts are generated based on detected status changes and SSL conditions. We aim to avoid excessive repetition and to provide meaningful signals, but you acknowledge that alerts may be delayed or missed due to factors beyond our control.

6. Data retention

We retain monitoring results and alert history to support service functionality, analytics, and reporting. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to legal and operational requirements.

7. Service availability

We strive to provide continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance may occur, and we may update the service to improve security, reliability, or performance.

8. Fees and billing

Pricing plans, usage limits, and billing terms are provided at the time of subscription or agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

9. Intellectual property

All service content, branding, and software are owned by NorthBladeTech or its licensors. You receive a limited license to use the service for your internal business purposes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NorthBladeTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches of these terms, fraudulent activity, or legal compliance requirements.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
